Days when our land turns black, the sky turns red, and hope suffocates under the smoke. Seventeen villages turned to ashes, homes were lost, lives were upended. Trees with centuries-old roots collapsed, along with the memories of the people who cared for them. And while the flames ran like beasts, the state apparatus remained silent — absent.

It's not just the fires that burn. It's also abandonment. It's fear. It's the "why?" that was never answered. People fight with rubber bands, with towels, with faith. Without a back, without support. Only with self-respect and the strength that is born when you feel you have no other way but to stand up.
