How much longer can we endure?

1. Golden Passports – Selling out the country’s sovereignty and values.

   Paphos SAPA Scandal – Misappropriation of public funds.

2. Cooperatives – Collapsed, leaving behind questions and debts.

3. The Stock Exchange scandal left thousands of investors with zero portfolios and unpunished perpetrators.

4. The 2013 banking scandal in Cyprus led to a haircut on deposits and economic collapse.

5. Coronavirus and vaccines – During the pandemic, contradictory decisions and the favoritism of vaccine management in Cyprus caused anger, injustices and a loss of trust in the authorities.

6. Collapse of Health Systems – Mountainous areas without medical coverage.

   The problem of ambulances in mountainous areas In 2024, the CyFPA (CyFPA) had highlighted serious problems in servicing mountainous communities, following the death of an elderly woman in mountainous Nicosia who faced a long delay in the arrival of an ambulance. This event prompted calls for a regulatory legal framework, the creation of a National Ambulance Authority, and increased cooperation with private health providers

7. It is worth highlighting that, even in 2025, there are areas where there is not even full coverage 24 hours a day — a fact that is particularly dangerous in emergencies, such as mountain fires.

8. Understaffing of Fire and Civil Defense – Despite constant warnings.

9. Fires in Arakapas, Pelendri, Kato Platres, Trimiklini and in July 2025 124 kilometers burned in the Limassol Mountains – No one was ever held accountable.

10. Uncontrolled construction, destruction of natural wealth, no “development” policy.

11. And how many more scandals, countless, steeped in silence and impunity — with Cyprus going from bad to worse, without any accountability.
